The Paul Harris Fellow is one of Rotary's highest honors and may be awarded to a community member who demonstrates Rotary's motto "Service above Self".  Calvin Wood is our latest recipient of this prestigious award.

Calvin, who has an intellectual disability, has been a member of Windsor People First for 25 years and has held various executive positions on local, Provincial, and National boards. He is the owner, and operator of a printing business and is currently attending school to get his GED.

Some of Calvin's volunteer work includes; helping people and pets with their medical needs, helping people who needed drives to medical appointments, helping homeless people to obtain shelter, and other homeless people obtain free showers from a  local business.  Calvin embodies volunteerism without seeking recognition.
